Can I put RollingView on the outside of my garage doors?
We’re working on this, send us a note and we’ll give you a call to talk through where we’re up to.
Is RollingView weather resistant?
Yes, all the materials are designed and sourced to make sure they work in our beautiful, but sometimes harsh, Australian climate. We would recommend checking everything is in good condition on a regular basis.
What’s the maximum width for a RollingView?
6.5m is the maximum width
What’s the minimum width for a RollingView?
We’ll make one as narrow as you like. RollingView is designed for roller doors so you’re unlikely to have one less than 2.5m wide.
Will RollingView affect my roller door or door motor?
With correct installation and regular servicing your door should operate without any adverse effects NB: We don’t install or maintain roller doors, but will stand by our product. Of course your door and motor will still need to be maintained by your original provider.
What should I do with my RollingView in bad weather?
Although the fabric will be close up against your garage door, strong gusts of wind could damage it. We recommend unhooking the base of the fabric and rolling it up into the Rolling View housing during bad weather.
How long will my RollingView last?
With correct installation and careful upkeep your RollingView should provide you with years of pleasure. The parts are all very sturdy and the print is rated to retain its colour in direct sunlight for 24 months.

What happens if I can’t find an image I like?
If you can’t find what you’re looking for please email us via Contact Us and we’ll do our best to help you out.
I’d like to use one of my own photographs, is this possible?
It is possible – but please note it will need to be a VERY big file size (as roller doors are not small). please email us via Contact Us and we’ll do our best to help you out.
Can I zoom in on a particular part of the image I choose?
Sadly no, all our images are sized to be printed as they are, if you zoom into them you will lose resolution so they won’t look great.
My garage door is very wide, will I lose much of the original image in print?
The width of your door will dictate the vertical cropping required, during the ordering process you will be confirm which part of the image we plan to print and get your approval before going ahead.
What if I enter the wrong dimensions into my order?
Please take extra care to follow our detailed instructions, if you’re not confident we’ll be happy to provide some advice. If you do give us the wrong sizes sadly we will have to charge you the cost of your RollingView.
What’s the returns policy for RollingView?
We have very high standards in ensuring the product we deliver and install is of the highest quality, therefore we do not accept any returns.
How long will it take for my RollingView to arrive and be installed?
We will get to your order right away, but have an official 30 day order period.
Can I self-install my RollingView?
Not at the moment, we’re working on making this an option in the future.
Can I order just the Rolling View printed fabric?
Yes, we will print any of our images and supply you with them on fabric only, but you will need to get in touch with us via Contact Us to arrange.
Can I have more than one image?

Can I choose a personalised image or graphic?

Will you send an order inter-state or overseas?
Sorry we’re currently only installing in Sydney during our launch. We’re working on wider distribution ASAP.
Can I project onto my RollingView?
Yes – if you select a RollingView at the Movies projection screenyou will be able to transform your roller door into a movie theatre.
What do I do if I tear the fabric of my RollingView?
With careful handling this is most unlikely, however if it does tear, please Contact Us and we will try to find a solution.
If I need to take my RollingView down will I be able to put it up again?
Please Contact Us and we’ll talk you through the best approach.
How do I clean my RollingView?
We recommend gently cleaning your RollingView with your vacuum cleaner or a clean damp cloth.
Does my RollingView need any maintenance?
No, it will not need any maintenance but we do recommend that you clean and free from other objects to prevent damage.
